Sunday afternoon saw Real Madrid’s old boys take on a team of Roma legends in the now-annual Corazon Classic charity match at the Bernabeu stadium.

Thankfully, if you were unable to attend, Roberto Carlos went to the liberty of spending the entire day with a camera attached to his chest, filming the entire thing for posterity’s sake.

While the footage is a little on the wobbly side, Carlos’ reportage allowed fans to get a unique up-close-and-personal view of the various goings-on, from the pre-match warm-up, to a reunion with Ronaldo and Cafu, to actually taking part in the game itself…

Some excellent little snippets in there, especially the first-person view of Luis Figo’s excellent freekick goal.

Here’s how that exact same goal looked to everybody else in attendance…

There’s still magic in that thar right foot.
