After scoring with his firt shot back in Atletico Madrid colours in midweek, Diego Costa’s second game with the La Liga giants at the weekend was even more eventful, with the controversial striker managing to score and get sent off against Getafe.
In his first start back with Atletico, Costa picked up a booking on 62 minutes at the Wanda Metropolitano, with the hosts already 1-0 up.
However, just six minutes later, the Spanish attacker marked his first start back with Atletico by finding the back of the net before, in classic Costa style, picking up a second booking for celebrating his goal with the home support.
