Neymar marked his return to the Brazil team with a stunning goal against Croatia at Anfield.
The PSG star has been out of action since February, when he injured his ankle, but he looked sharp back with the Seleção.
Croatia impressed in the first-half, with Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren and Andrej Kramaric having chances to open the scoring.
However, Neymar lit up Anfield on 69 minutes, courtesy of a superb effort which went in off the bar after good work from Willian and Philippe Coutinho.
Late on, Roberto Firmino would score a very good goal himself on his home ground as the Brazilians registered a 2-0 win.
While Croatia have a star-studded squad themselves, Brazil’s depth of talent means they’ll go to Russia as one of the strong favourites to lift the title.
