Spain just about beat Bosnia & Herzegovina in a friendly on Sunday, with a single goal from young debutant Brais Mendez settling the tie with 11 minutes remaining.

Luis Enrique’s side could well have nudged themselves into the lead a little earlier in the contest though unfortunately Alvaro Morata was unable to oblige when a straightfoward open goal presented itself unto him…

Poor lamb. When it rains, etc, etc.

Morata may have begun to find his feet again for Chelsea of late, but there’s more than a touch of the Fernando Torres’s’s’s about his predicament of late.

The Yips are real.

Maybe it’s a spanish thing, to be crap in front of goal. Is he the new Fernando Torres? Probably not because Torres, before he turned into shite, was a very good player at Liverpool. tMorata has always been shite

That wasn’t that bad tbf. Came at him pretty quick and he just couldn’t sort his feet out in time probably should have gone with his right. Should’ve scored but hey ho
