AS scribe Tomas Roncero, take a bow, for your impression of Barcelona’s resident deep space landlord, Dani Alves, is nigh-on perfect Sir…

Rolling off set and into the cameras = 100% dedication to the cause.

Alves will be disappointed with that, not enough rolling and spasming whilst on the ground. Di Maria will probably be pretty unhappy with the unbelievability, you’ve really got to sell it.

I hope he does Busquets next. There’s probably not enough for floor area for that particular midfield prick.

Majestic impression! Love the topic-picture too! (Shit Lookalikes anyone?)

No one who is on Punto Pelota or associated with AS shall EVER EVER EVER be referred to as a “journalist.”

these are the same assholes who altered the video to make it look like Pepe didn’t make contact (which he did, with the ball, while Alves was also striking the ball, making Alves do a 360). and AS were the assholes who photoshopped the defender out of the photo to make a Barca player look offside. Scum.

Thats pretty scummy, dc. I’d put it right up there with someone who goes to work and cheats for pay and praise. Like Alves, or any Farca mope.

You don’t need to defend the Farca perspective, because the “real” media is already doing it for you.

  6. Journo says:

Dc is right, although I don’t know about the photoshopping bit. The scum on Punto Pelota and all you English “fair-play-football” wannabe promotors can shut it. While you are laughing at Dani Alves, he is laughing back at you with two new trophies. Let us see Gerrard dive compilations. Or even better – Rooney’s. Or even better – Manchester United team complaining to the referee. Oh no, hang on, only Barcelona does it. Yeah, right …

  7. Terry Sheddingham says:

Except no one was saying ‘ONLY Barcelona do it’ or ‘Gerrard, Rooney, Manchester United and the whole of English football are akin to saints’.

    Dunce.
