At the grand old age of 35, chipmunk-faced set-piece wizard Alvaro Recoba made his second bow for Uruguayan side Nacional in a 3-3 draw with River Plate at the weekend, marking his debut with a neat strike from the edge of the box – a goal which sent the commentator into some kind of awful, roaring seizure…

“RECOBAAAAAAAAAA!!!!”

That’s just a normal goal call for a Uruguayan commentator.

Great energy from the commentator. English commentators should learn something from this guy … their commentating is boooorrrrinnnggg as shit (w/ exception of Ray Hudson of course).

Take the context into consideration. Nacional was losing 2-0 and turn it around 3-2 with Recoba’s (local hero) goal.

Note Marcelo Gallardo as Nacional coach.
