As Chris already said, Wigan’s 1-0 Cup final victory was no fluke, with the Latics thoroughly deserving of the win against a strangely lacklustre City side.

    Brilliant game yesterday, well done on the win. I reckon that was the best final for many a year. Admitted I’m gutted we didn’t put a better display on, the truth is we were outplayed. Martinez is a tactical genius!

    I hope you lads stay up. Since Martinez took over your football has improved whereby the ball is played around and not just knocked up, Stoke style.

    I love how City and their fans are trying to act all humble in their defeat. I actually saw tweets congratulating City players for “staying behind” and congratulating Wigan as if no other losing finalist does that! Then there was a particular gem, whereby a City fan congratulated Wigan because they’ve they know what it’s like to win as “underdogs.” What a joke to even compare their situation to Wigan’s. Wigan haven’t spent £1 BILLION to win an FA cup and a league title (ON GOAL DIFFERENCE!!) Lol. Fucking delighted that the scum lost! LOL
