Say what you like about Cristiano Ronaldo, but behind the flouncing and sulking there’s a rather decent chap.
Ahead of Real Madrid’s Champions League clash with Legia Warsaw on Wednesday, the superstar took time out to meet up with Polish Real Madrid fan, David Pawlaczyc.
Pawlaczyc was in the news three years ago when he woke up from a coma after listening to commentary of Portugal’s World Cup play-off clash with Sweden on headphones.
The youngster had been badly injured in an accident on his bicycle but thankfully the boy came out of his coma, apparently roused by one of Ronaldo’s three goals in that game.
The two had met before, in 2014, when the Madrid megastar invited the youngster to a VIP box at the Bernabeu for a Champions League game.
However, Ronaldo once again took time out at the team hotel in Warsaw to meet the now 15-year-old Pawlaczyc, after the teenager and his family had completed a six-hour drive…
