Considering he’s supposedly currently at loggerheads with chairman Daniel Levy, Mauricio Pochettino certainly has a curious way of letting it show.
The Tottenham manager has just signed a new five-year contract extension worth £8.5million a season (£42.5million overall) that will keep him at the club until 2023.

Pochettino has secured Champions League football for Tottenham three years on the bounce but has already stated his intention to keep building on that progress.
With a new stadium beckoning, the Argentinian has talked Levy into sanctioning a £150million overhaul of their squad over summer in a bid to snare that as-yet elusive first trophy of Poch’s reign.
As per the Guardian, new contracts for big hitters like Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Jan Vertonghen, Hugo Lloris and Christian Eriksen are all being discussed while the reluctant sale of Toby Alderweireld to Manchester United will provide around £40-50million’s-worth of funds to be towards them.
