West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini has been bestowed with the highest possible honour that Malaga city council have within their power to offer.
The Chilean spent three successful seasons as Malaga head coach between 2010 and 2013, during which he took the club to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
Now, every time he enters the city via road, he’ll be able to drive around the Glorieta Manuel Pellegrini on his approach…

While sharing a photo of his new roundabout on Twitter, Pellegrini wrote:
Many thanks to all of Malaga for this recognition and the love they have given me.
I have always said that one of the best decisions of my life was to come here, where I had three unforgettable years.
We hope to see Malaga CF in first division again next season.
Humbling. Truly humbling.
