Sheffield United are hoping to tie up the craziest Yorkshire-Brazilian partnership since Roque Junior pulled on a Leeds United shirt. The Blades are set to start talks with Sao Paulo over a deal which would see the finest up and coming Brazilian youngsters join them for experience.
Director Simon McCabe said: "They’re keen to have an affiliation with a Premiership club. Sao Paulo produce some of the best players in the world, Kaka, Cafu and Denilson have all come from there. These talks are exclusive, they aren’t speaking to anyone else." [Via BBC]
