Quote of the week: John Terry is your Dad of the Year
“It’s a great honour to be voted Dad of the Year. I have won many trophies in my career but I’m proud to say that this is up there with all of them.”
John Terry, who was in no way shilling for Daddies sauce as part of a Father’s Day promotion (let’s be clear about that), is perhaps not the first person you’d think of as a contender for Dad of the Year, although our friends at Kickette tell us he absolutely dotes on his kids.
The real “news” here is that JT sees the FA Cup as no more valuable than a crappy perspex award.
