Football Video: Man City beat United to win the Manchester reserves derby

An excellent win for City’s reserves, even though United were down to ten men for the last half-hour. City striker Alex Nimely scored the game’s only goal after 20 minutes, latching onto a long ball from Greg Cunningham and lobbing stranded United keeper Ron-Robert Zieler (who, incidentally, sounds like a porn movie producer).

It’s not quite sweet revenge for that galling 4-3 defeat at Old Trafford earlier this season in the big boys’ league, but any time City get one over on the red half of Manchester (aka Surrey), it’s cause for a Sky Blue celebration.
