As you may be able to tell from the photo above, Sandro got things off and running at the Riverside in the 11th minute as the Brazilian Olympic squad waltzed to a comfortable victory over a very limp-looking Team GB outfit – with Neymar clipping home a penalty ten minutes before the break to flesh out the scoreline.

Boasting a formidable squad chock-a-block with players on the shopping lists of all of Europe’s elite, Brazil were able to bring the likes of Lucas Moura, Ganso and Pato off the bench, while Team GB were left countering with Marvin Sordell and Craig Dawson – which probably tells you all you need to know about Britain’s gold medal credentials.

And what’s all this ‘Team GB’ shit about? When did it stop being called just Great Britain? Or Britain. Team fucking GB indeed…

Lol apparently it seems the chasm between Brazil and GBR runs deep not only in football ability but in the support of the fans.
