Freddy Adu’s less-than-convincing career took an unexpected turn today, with the news revealed by Adu himself on his Twitter page that he is to join Aris FC of Greece on an 18-month loan deal from current club Benfica. Adu will never break into the big Soccer leagues, he does not have the personality and if you observe him closely, he is not a team player. He looks lost and very uncomfortable on the field. What hurt him most is the lack of experience, he never reveived the rearing and guidance from youth coaches and it holding him back, in better words he does not have the confidence to be a good player. A good amateur league team would do im justice

I think this is it for Adu. So, many loans. Let’s watch and see what he can do at ARIS. If not, he’s a failure.
