    if Barca payed 40 million euros for david villa i think £30 million for torres is about right. Villa is miles better

    Torres is bit jaded now. He gets frustrated too soon during matches and makes silly fouls. Well with spain, he didn’t do much. I think 30-35 million is fair for torres given his injury troubles as well as form. I doubt if chelsea gonna make same mistake as they did with schevchenko.

    It’s ludicrous drawing comparisons between Torres and Sheva. The latter just sucked in EPL football period, and was pretty much over the hill. Torres needs to get a clean start, no more pains no more bumps no more bruises, and he’ll set the EPL alight again. He’s certainly young enough for it. I don’t think he’ll play much before the winter break though, let alone hit form.

    Fernando Torres is the best striker in the world.£30 million is,simply,A BIG JOKE!If Cristiano Ronaldo was more than £90,than Torres is £100 million,with no joke this time.I hope he’ll drop the bid,and go for Barcelona!
