‘My Name Is Pablo, What Am I Doing Here?’ – Pepe’s First Words After Horror Collision With Iker Casillas (Video)
By Chris Wright
Quite how they know is anybody’s guess, but MARCA are reporting that Pepe’s first words upon coming to after being knocked sparko doolally by Iker Casillas against Valencia on Sunday afternoon were “My name is Pablo, what am I doing here?”
The observant among you may notice that Pepe’s name is not Pablo, nor has it ever been.
The Portuguese centre-half was immediately admitted to hospital, where he stayed under observation until Monday night; and while suffering from episodes of minor memory loss, examinations have shown that he didn’t sustain any permanent brain damage – non more so than he had before anyway.
Pepe has since been ruled out of Thursday’s Spanish Supercopa first leg against Barcelona, but the good news is that he’s on the mend and expected to be back in training by the time the weekend is out.

Good news? The longer that monster’s out of football, the better.
@Glenn: Yeah, good point. Hopefully he’ll have had a bit of ‘common human decency’ knocked into him.
Looks like a bit of footballing justice being served here for our pablo, im sure he’ll be back soon continuing his mission of attempts to end top players careers
Pepe is a nice guy, but when he plays football he seems to change to a monster.
Truelly an alter ego on the field then, complete with a different name
