With their struggling side currently eight points adrift at the bottom of the Polish Ekstraklasa (first division) without a win in their last 10 games, a small group of Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans have gone to extreme lengths to voice their discontent at the club’s ailing performances and ownership.
After the weekend’s 2-1 home friendly defeat against second tier side Wisla Plock, several particularly peeved Zawisza Bydgoszcz supporters sneaked into the club’s stadium overnight and prepared a visual (and none-too-subtle) protest against the current regime – laying out 15 coffins on the pitch, each labelled with the initials of the players as well as owner Radoslaw Osuch…
