Schalke 0-5 Chelsea – Champions League Group G – 25th November 2014
Chelsea’s unbeaten start to the 14/15 season continued with a stroll in Germany on Tuesday night against (former Champions League-winning Blues’ boss) Roberto Di Matteo and his Schalke side.
John Terry opened the scoring after just two minutes as the Blues swept aside a poor Schalke team. More goals came courtesy of Willian, a Jan Kirchhoff OG, Didier Drogba and Ramires as the Premier League leaders produced a superb controlled display.
Jose Mourinho’s men ease into the last 16 and must surely have a decent chances of going all the way this season.
