“Falcao is a top professional and a good human being. I would like to wish him well for the future,” Louis van Gaal told United’s website.
Who’d have thunk it? According to the Beeb, signing Falcao on a permanent basis would likely set United back a whopping £43.2million which sounds like an awful lot for a shot-shy striker with 4 goals in his last 29 appearances.
Indeed, it looks like the man himself has said his goodbyes too…

Damn shame. Falcao at Old Trafford could and probably should have been something exquisite, but instead we had to sit through a bad cover version of one of the finest strikers of the last decade.
