On Sunday, Roberto Mancini’s Inter side suffered a damaging 3-1 defeat away at Sassuolo, a result which sees the Nerazzurri drop to 13th in the Serie A table, eight points off a European berth.
After the game, Inter’s Mauro Icardi and Fredy Guarin threw their shirts into the away fans’ end, only for the rather unimpressed supporters to throw them back. This irked the two players, who proceeded to argue with their fans. Never a good move! Captain Andrea Ranocchia tried to pull the players away from the flashpoint, although Argentine striker Icardi wouldn’t let it go.
