    Maybe it was a law from the 1600s to keep peasants from poaching the King’s game, and the law was never taken off the books.

    Seriously, in fairness to Jozy, we do hear occasional stories of peculiarities related to the British monarchy over here in the States… and I’m sure his chauffeur was driving.
