This photo was waiting on Pies’ doormat when we got in this morning of The Lord of the Manor of Frodsham hitting the town in what looks like a hastily assembled Will.I.Am Halloween costume cobbled together at the last minute after a £5 trolley dash around Homebase…

Would you just look at the state of that? We’re sensing a distinct discrepancy in money: sense ratio.
