New Spain World Cup Away Kit Is Dull (Or Classy?)

By Ollie Irish

This is the new Spain away kit by Adidas, which Torres, Xavi and co. will wear at this summer’s World Cup. I can’t decide if it’s really dull or really classy…

OK, right now I’m going with dull – it may be simple and a nice shade of blue but you can’t say Adidas has put as much thought into the shirt as they did with Germany’s stylish new kits (Germany home / Germany away), for example.

And a couple of pics of the whole strip, courtesy of FootballShirtCulture:

What do you think? Hit or shit? I still think it’s boring.

Very classic, rich colours, quite tight fitting so it’ll look rubbish on most wearers excpet the national team of course.

Bit ‘middle of the road’ for me.

Not quite stylish enough to qualify as ‘classy’ yet not quite mediocre enough to be ‘dull’. Not a classic, but not bad.

Fairly classy, I reckon. If you were to call this kit dull, then you’d have to call the England kit dull as well. (seriously, plain red with some fabric texturing?)
