We’re slightly late to the soiree here, but Corinthians have recently rolled out their new third kit for the 2018/19 season and, bloody heck, it’s a lovely bit of crumpet.
The beautiful black and gold shirt is dedicated to late Formula 1 icon Ayrton Senna, who was a massive fan of the Brazilian club.
Created in collaboration with the Ayrton Senna Institute, the special kit carries Senna’s signature across the middle and marks the 30th anniversary of the Sao Paulo-born driver’s first world title…

Of course, this isn’t the first time Corinthians have paid tribute to their most famous fan, having previously (in 2014) taken to the pitch wearing yellow crash helmets to mark the 20th anniversary of the legendary driver’s death.
