Ivory Coast registered a 2-0 away win in Russia on Friday night, with Wilfried Zaha producing an outstanding solo effort which even had the home fans applauding.
Aston Villa’s Jonathan Kodjia opened the scoring on the half-hour mark via a superb piledriver of an effort.
However, the highlight of the game came midway through the second-half, with Crystal Palace attacker Zaha bamboozling the Russia defence with a fleet-footed dribble before blasting the ball high into the back of the net.

What an outstanding goal from a gifted player who has, as yet, not quite fulfilled his potential.
