Congratulations are most definitely due to Dunston UTS, who secured the 2018-19 Ebac Northern League Division One title with a 3-1 win over Guisborough Town on Tuesday night.
Indeed, needing just a single point to claim the championship, Dunston got off to a flying start when Mark Fitzpatrick opened the scoring after just three minutes with a tap-in of a header.
However, the 80-yard assist from his own goalkeeper, Jordan Nixon, is one that definitely bears repeat viewing…

Fitzpatrick went onto score again to cement his place at the top of the league’s goalscoring table. What a night!
