It sounds like Arsenal have concluded their first transfer diddlings of the summer by formally agreeing to sign Sead Kolasinac from Schalke.
Kolasinac’s contract with the German side is due to expire on 30th June, after which he will move to the Emirates on a freebie
It was reported several weeks ago that the Gunners had successfully procured themselves a pre-contract agreement with the Bosnian left-back.
Now, according to the ever reliable Sky Sport Sources™, the deal is in motion…

Compact, taught and brawny – Kolasinac is basically the footballing equivalent of tinned luncheon meat.
He’ll no doubt be a direct replacement for Kieran Gibbs and/or Nacho Monreal – both the footballing equivalent of limp linguine, served at room temperature.
