You may recall not so very long ago we brought you the news that League of Ireland side Cabinteely FC were laying on a special competition to coincide with the launch of Football Manager 2016.
Indeed, the club announced that the first fan to prove that they had won the Irish Premier Division title with Cabinteely in the game would win a season ticket (in real life) for next season.
However, Cabinteely have now gone and upped the ante, adding that the first player to win the top flight title with them in Football Manager 2016 will also be added to the game’s database as a re-gen player by Sports Interactive themselves…

A statement issued on the club’s official website reads thus:
The winner of the competition will become a player in the game as well as winning the season ticket!
The team at Football Manager are going to verify that entries are legitimate so it is all to play for!
For your chance to become a player in Football Manager get playing!
How cool is that? It’s every Football Manager’s dream come true, is what it is.
