With Birmingham City’s new away kit not due to be released until later this week, one enterprising young fan has taken it upon himself to ensure that he will be the first to own his club’s latest change strip.
Indeed, the new 2017/18 away jersey is currently available on pre-order ahead of it officially going on sale on 15th June…

However, young Brum supporter Sam Johnson has expedited the arrival of his new shirt by having a custom version hand-drawn by his dad, Ken.
Using nothing but a plain white t-shirt, a pencil and a blue marker pen, Ken has produced a decent knock-off at a fraction of the price…
According to the Birmingham Mail, Ken’s handiwork actually managed to bamboozle a worrying amount of fellow fans, who couldn’t fathom how he’d managed to get his hands on the new shirt over a week before it goes on sale.
Testament to the draftmanship on display, we should coco.
