Club America of Mexico sounded thrashed Tauro FC by four unanswered goals in the quarter-finals of the CONCACAF Champions League on Tuesday evening.
However, the Panamanian side did come perilously close to grabbing themselves an away goal in the final minute of the first half only to be thwarted by the superhuman efforts of America goalkeeper Agustin Marchesin…

Marchesin’s initial positioning is definitely suspect, but you cannot fault that lightning speed recovery. Astonishing. Most ‘keepers would have just given up or made a token effort. We think he just about earned his clean sheet bonus!
For the record, the two sides are now set to meet again in Panama City for the second leg next week.
