This is collection of weapons left on the Stoke City terraces and removed from fans in 1975. The police display includes: belts, razors, knives, an axe, scissors, a golf ball and, most strangely, a hairbrush….

    Very powerful images on that website.

    I think the phrase “It’s not like the good old days” has been well & truly consigned to the bin.

    What was in people back then? We seem to have evolved somewhat in the past 30 or so years, thank fuck.
