Ahead of Xavi’s move to Qatar this summer, Barcelona produced this rather lovely video for the legendary midfielder during a star-studded live TV tribute on Wednesday.
The Spanish Scott Parker still has this weekend’s Champions League final to look forward, albeit courtesy of a place on the subs’ bench. However, with his wife, parents. team-mates and coaches among the guests, the 35-year-old was given a thoroughly deserved This Is Your Life-style send-off, which moved the soppy old fool to tears.
