Fans at Kenilworth Road on Saturday afternoon witnessed one of the goals of the season, with Luton midfielder Olly Lee netting a stupendous effort from all of 65 yards.
The wonder-strike came just after the half-hour mark, with the hosts already a goal up thanks to a Dan Potts effort.
Winning a tackle half-way inside his own half, Lee saw Cambridge ‘keeper David Forde well off his line before launching an inch-perfect shot which sailed into the back of the net…

Quite a cracker! Not sure we’ll see many better goals before the end of the season.
The game would end in a thumping 7-0 win for the Hatters, a results which puts them second in League Two while Cambridge drop to 14th.
