   @Chris & C: Apologies guys, but the GIF just got sent to us via email (as is the case with several of the snapshots/videos, etc…) this morning with no accompanying credits.

   It’s not as if we are deliberately trying to claim them as our own, and we try to give nods when due but – quite frankly – I haven’t got the time or patience to trawl through forums to find a definitive source for them all.

   agreed, i’ve seen sites run before with similar circumstances. one easy way to avoid this is to just label “uncredited” or “if you know where this is from, let us know in the comments”. it saves the headache and the inevitable poster whose ready to pounce on something like that.

   Thanks pies! Like ‘theirishembassy’ says, I am not as ANAL as the posters who have that litigious feel about them…..’Uncredited’ or something along those line should suffice, as I have never seen these funnies, so please don’t be put off from putting future items!

   ps-Chris – All this time I was wondering what your red arrow pitcure was, thinking – it looks like Nottingham Forest badge but is not quite it….Then I saw ‘Olly wear it in an interview on MOTD on t’weekend and it all makes sense! Tis an old Blackpool badge yeh?

   @Jay: It is indeed an old Blackpool crest (from the 1980s I believe) which I stumbled upon while researching an article about the evolution of Forest’s kit a couple of years ago.

   To be honest, I have absolutely no idea why I still use it as my icon.

   Don’t worry about the credit Chris, it’s just a fucking GIF. There are millions of GIFs spread across the internet every day with no credit. It’s not like it’s a fucking dissertation, and it’s not like you’re taking credit for it either.
