Know who’s on fire at the moment? Jack Grealish is on fire at the moment.

The 23-year-old Aston Villa midfielder scored the decisive goal in a 2-1 away win over Rotherham on Wednesday night that lifted his side back up into the Championship play-off places.

Villa actually went a goal down to a 36th-minute penalty after Tyrone Mings was sent off for a second bookable offence.

However, Jonathan Kodjia levelled from the spot just after half-time before Grealish pulled a corker out of his big bag o’ tricks to seal the victory just a few minutes later….

How about that? That’s three goals and one assist in his last seven appearances for Villa, and a smattering of match-winning performances ladled in for good measure.

The run of form seems to be going their way. Could this finally be Villa’s “up and out” year?

Tell me what are your thoughts on Grealish. Is he ready for the Premier League? Is he ready for a big club? I have my doubts but he might be a perfect fit for Spurs.
