Sao Paulo Keeper Rogerio Ceni Scores Physics-Defying Own Goal vs Nautico (Video)
By Chris Wright
Veteran Sao Paulo ‘keeper Rogerio Ceni has made a bit of a name for himself over the years by chiming in with over 100 goals for his club, sticking away free-kicks and penalties like it ain’t no thang for the best part of 23 years now.
However, Ceni managed to stick one away at the wrong end with terrific panache against Nautico in the Campeanato on Wednesday night – coming to punch a corner clear, only to see the ball ricochet off his triangular knuckles at an almost physics-defying angle and then loop up and down over the heads of three hapless Sao Paulo defenders left agog on the goal-line…
Sao Paulo were two goals down at the time, with Ceni’s own-goal putting the icing on the dog turd as Sao Paolo lost 3-0 at home.

@Prof: Crap…
Putting a 0 before the 1 on your jersey…useless? Perhaps useless is a character trait and the jersey number is a clear warning?
