Young Leeds Fan Meets Hero El Hadji Diouf In Full ‘Black Face’ (Photo)

By Chris Wright

I’m baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

Just a quickie to let y’all know that I’m going to be back on Pies duty properly tomorrow as I’m currently in no fit state, (thanks largely to the sheer distance between deepest, darkest Scotland and The Midlands) but I’m teasing my full return with this wonderful photo of a young Leeds fans who both dressed and blacked-up specially to meet his hero El Hadji Diouf outside Elland Road after Leeds’ New Year’s Day game against Bolton…

Obviously the photo caused a minor Twitter plopstorm along the lines of ‘who let their kid go out in black face?’, though surely the real issue here is ‘what kind of parent allows their kid to make such an incredibly poor choice of hero?’.

Letting the poor mite pick Diouf is borderline child abuse.
