Norwich City will join Bournemouth and Watford as the Premier League new-boys after the Canaries deservedly beat Middlesbrough 2-0 in the Championship Play-Off at Wembley.
Boro’s Jelle Vossen did hit the woodwork in the 10th minutes for Aitor Karanka’s charges.
However, soon after the Canaries took the lead, with Cameron Jerome capitalising on a mistake from Daniel Ayala on 12 minutes.
Nathan Redmond then doubled Norwich’s advantage just three minutes later.
After the break, ‘Boro went close through their in-form striker Patrick Bamford.
However, overall Alex Neil’s side were well worth the £120million victory, with Norwich back in the top-tier after just one season.
We can all now hopefully look forward to more of this football gold…
