Michael Bradley, son of ex-Swansea boss Bob, scored an incredible long-range goal during the USA’s World Cup qualifying draw away to Mexico.

Bradley, who currently plies his trade with Toronto, latched onto a loose pass in the middle of the pitch before launching a 40-yard effort which sailed into the back of the Mexican net.

Quite a strike from the former Aston Villa midfielder and some rather classic US commentary too!

Alas, for the USMNT, ex-Arsenal striker Carlos Vela would equalise via a fine solo effort to give both sides a share of the points.

Mexico find themselves top of the group with 14 points, with the USA third on eight points.

The top three sides will qualify for next summers’ finals in Russia while the fourth-placed side face a play-off with an Asian confederation team.
